SEVEN REASONS why I BELIEVE the CRUCIFIXION account from the GOSPEL than the QUR’AN’S DENIAL of it.

Could these SEVEN fascinating points on the crucifixion account show why beloved Muslims are throwing away a precious salvation (which guarantees eternity in Heaven TODAY) by dismissing the crucifixion and believing, instead, in a fuzzy and unclear verse which comes SIX HUNDRED YEARS after the event, shared by a man who spoke a different language, lived far away in place and time from the location and witnesses of the crucifixion and whose god confesses to being the greatest of all makereen (deceivers)?

IMAGINE THIS: In a 10-year-old cold case currently before the courts, the criminal just ignores surviving witness testimony and fingerprint evidence brought by the prosecution team and he makes the following defence: “it was made to appear like it was me, but it wasn’t me!” Isn’t this one of the most ridiculous defences you’ll ever hear?
So it is with Islam: every Muslim is the judge in this case and has chosen to believe, in this trial, the criminal’s ridiculous claim instead of the strong evidence brought by the prosecution team.

Without a doubt when the fate of my eternity is on the line, between the two, I believe the evidence of the prosecution team over the ridiculous criminal’s denial! I choose to believe the Gospel account over the QS 4:157 denial EVERY TIME!

The Quran denies the crucifixion when the account of the crucifixion in the Gospels (given from the perspective of those who witnessed it at that time) fully provides answers to the questions (what, when, how, WHY, whom) about the crucifixion, questions which the Qur’an is either clueless about or is dishonestly dead silent about.

Fortunately, EX Muslim Christians become saved after realizing the ANSWER to the question: WHY DID THE JEWS WANT TO CRUCIFY JESUS CHRIST?
The Qur’an is criminally clueless about this question and leaves beloved Muslims searching for answers they can never find in the Qur’an.

In this passage below, Jesus gives an insight into the purpose for his crucifixion:

“Now my soul is troubled, and what shall I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour’? No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour. Father, glorify your name!” Then a voice came from heaven, “I have glorified it, and will glorify it again.” The crowd that was there and heard it said it had thundered; others said an angel had spoken to him. Jesus said, “This voice was for your benefit, not mine. Now is the time for judgment on this world; now the prince of this world [Satan] will be driven out. And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.” He said this to show the kind of death he was going to die. The crowd spoke up, “We have heard from the Law that the Messiah will remain forever, so how can you say, ‘The Son of Man must be lifted up’? Who is this ‘Son of Man’?” (John 12:27‭-‬34).

So what do we learn about Jesus and the crucifixion?
1. Jesus was sent, through the crucifixion, to lay down his life for the sins of mankind (as prophesied in Isaiah 53:12). It is Jesus who is SPEAKING from the cross in the prophetic chapter of Psalms 22—not another man. Jesus in this passage says that if he is lifted up [crucified], he will draw ALL people to himself. It makes sense that only Satan would deny the crucifixion of (which is what the Qur’an does in QS 4:157) inorder to prevent the salvation of mankind. For Allah, what was so special about Jesus and why was Jesus’s salvation from the crucifixion important over other prophets whom he claims to have sent to Israel but were killed in cruel fashion by the Jews? Why would the true God deceive the true followers of Jesus for SIX HUNDRED YEARS?

2. God APPROVED and GLORIFIED the crucifixion of Jesus on the cross! Both the Father and the Son understood WHY the crucifixion had to go ahead. Don’t you think Jesus would have felt betrayed by God if God changed his mind and abandoned the plan of the crucifixion (God does not change his mind and he fulfills his promises). Why would God deceptively oppose himself by planting a fake Jesus on the cross when He had in fact GLORIFIED the crucifixion TWICE? Clearly the God who glorified the crucifixion is not Allah of the Qur’an!

Although Allah of the Qur’an claims to be (QS 29:46), he is NOT the God who revealed to mankind (through Moses in the Torah) his special, eternal and covenant NAME as the “God of Abraham, Isaac and and the God of Jacob” (Exodus 3 :15). Strangely, why is this covenant name of God not any of the 99 names of Allah?

3. Ironically if (as most Muslims believe) someone was crucified in place of Jesus, it means that the Qur’an believes in the concept of a human sacrifice for the salvation of another, thereby contradicting itself and giving support to the previous scriptures (Isaiah 53) and Jesus’s good news (which means ‘gospel’ in Greek) of his crucifixion inorder to save others. Did Muhammad believe in the human sacrifice of others for the salvation of Muslims?

Sahih Muslim Book 37, Hadith Number 6665 Chapter : Throwing of non-believers in hell-fire for believers as Divine Grace and Mercy:Abu Musa’ reported that Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: “When it will be the Day of Resurrection Allah would deliver to every Muslim a Jew or a Christian and say: That is your rescue from Hell-Fire.”

[CHAPTER 20. Disbelievers are sent to Hell as SACRIFICE to the Muslims 1937.] Abu Musa narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: “When it is the Day of Resurrection, Allah will deliver every Muslim a Jew or Christian and say: ‘THAT IS YOUR SACRIFICE FROM HELL-FIRE.’” (The Translation of the Meanings of Summarized Sahih Muslim (Arabic–English), Compiled by Al-Hafiz Zakiuddin Abdul-Azim Al-Mundhiri [Darussalam Publishers & Distributors, First Edition: February 2000], Volume 2, 62– The Book Of Repentance And Allah’s Great Mercy, pp. 1033-1034.

Islam is a hypocritical! It DOES teach the human sacrifice/punishment of others for the forgiveness of the sins and salvation of others but without good reason it DENIES the sacrifice of Jesus as a punishment for the sins of others!
But who is the true SAVIOR of mankind according to the prophets of old?
God, through the prophet of old (Jeremiah 33:15-16), makes the prophecy of the Messiah (who is often referred to as ‘the Branch’ in the Old Testament) who would become SAVOIR of the world:
“In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety. This is the name by which it [the Branch] will be called: The Lord Our Righteous SAVIOR.’” (Jeremiah 33:16).

4. From the scripture above, Jews understood, rightly so, that the Messiah would ‘remain forever’ (everlasting). The Jews would have been informed of this by the Old Testament prophecy in the book of Micah about the coming of the Messiah:
“But thou, Beth-lehem Ephrathah, which art little to be among the thousands of Judah, out of thee shall one come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting.” (Micah 5:2).
Only God is eternal/everlasting.

5. Depending on which beloved Muslim you listen to, they are confused between either believing that Allah put an innocent man on the cross in place of Jesus or believing, like Sheik Imran Hosein, that it was Jesus who was on the cross but his soul was taken up before he could die of the crucifixion! This confusion is not surprising because the Qur’an invented a ridiculous claim which is impossible for the reasonable person to accept either way!

If Allah of the Qur’an claims to have deceived the Jews by replacing Jesus with someone who looked like Jesus, how is it that in the Gospels Jesus actually IDENTIFIED and SPOKE to his mother, Mary, and the disciple who he loved, John?:
‘When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, “Woman, here is your son,” and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.”
(John 19:26‭-‬27)

You’ve got to be truly deceived to believe that this was an imposter of Jesus speaking to Jesus’s mother and disciple!

6.

Jesus was resurrected and showed his wounds to his disciples John 20:27-28. He appeared to the disciples and over 500 (1 Corinthians 15:6) and the disciples worshipped him after seeing him taken up to heaven (Luke 24:50-52).

7. Even agnostic, liberal scholars and critical atheist historian scholars like Bart Erhman agree that Jesus’ death on the cross is a historical event which did take place. Also the non Christian and important Roman official and historian (Tacitus) who lived in the first century (55-120 AD) wrote about the crucifixion of Jesus.

Finally, through the prophet of old, Micah, God makes a prophecy about his return in the end of the age:
“And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they PIERCED. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn. In that day there shall be a great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning at Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo.
(Zechariah 12:10‭-‬11)

So even the Jews who for generations have denied Jesus and his crucifixion will come to the bitter realization of their unbelief on that day.

Interestingly, God refers to “Me” and “Him” being pierced. This clearly demonstrates the triune nature of God.

When Jesus appears, he certainly will appear as the crucified Jesus. If you believe the lie of Isa coming in the end times to break crosses then, beloved, you will be stunned and you will weep bitterly on that day. You will mourn bitterly because you chose to believe a lie instead of the truth:
“Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen. (Revelation 1:7)

In scripture, it is God who is said to be coming with clouds. 600 years later in QS 2:210, the 7th century Allah of the Qur’an also claims to appear in the end times with the CLOUDS and the angels. By this logic, Jesus has the attributes of God.

Beloved Muslim, the crucified Messiah is coming and trust him when he makes this warning in this verse:

‘And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he [Jesus] laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, “Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”
Revelation 1:17‭-‬18

Whose title is “the first and the last”? God!

Muhammad did not know where he was going to go but you are blessed to know that you will be SAVED today and be guaranteed of eternity in heaven TODAY (not on the day of Judgment) if you accept the crucified and resurrected Messiah as your savior and follow the will of the true God.
