There are around 7130 languages in the world and it would be welcome if there were as many Bible translations so that those who are literate only in those languages can understand and not just recite a foreign language they don’t understand. I read across many English translations of the Bible and the MESSAGE is essentially the same. One may say “He walked to the river” and another “He went to the river”. There are no theological differences between the two!
I am not an English native and yet the verses from the first chapter of Genesis up to the last book of the Bible are the same as the ones in the Bible written in my native language or the Greek gospel which was “between the hands” of Christians during the time of Muhammad. The claim that versions or translations of the Bible have corrupted the message of the Bible is a weak one.
The English language alone has changed dramatically over the last 1000 years hence one will find many English translations but won’t find any version or translation which says Jesus was not crucified or is not the Son of God.
