Numbers 23. “GOD is not a man”. How then is JESUS GOD?

Numbers 23:19 If God is not a man, how is it that Jesus was a man yet he is claimed to be God? Unfortunately, the verses below are usually quoted out of context or read only HALF WAY by some dishonest Muslims to prove that Jesus could not have been God since he appeared as a man. Read the entire verse which then qualifies what God meant:

God is not a man, THAT HE SHOULD LIE; Neither the son of man, THAT HE SHOULD REPENT: Hath he SAID , and SHALL HE NOT DO IT? Or hath he SPOKEN, and SHALL HE NOT MAKE IT GOOD?” Numbers 23:19

“For I am the LORD, I change not; THEREFORE YE SONS OF JACOB ARE NOT CONSUMED. (promise kept)
Malachi 3:6

“And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, THAT HE SHOULD REPENT. 1 Samuel 15:29

As you can now tell, God was emphasising his ATTRIBUTES: God is saying his NATURE is unlike that of man who breaks his promises. UNLIKE MAN, God does not LIE and does not need to REPENT. God does what he SAYS he will DO and what he SPEAKS, he will MAKE GOOD ON IT.

UNLIKE MAN, GOD IS HOLY!

Did Jesus LIE , REPENT or SAY he would DO something and then NOT DO IT? NO.

So God CAN be MAN and still retain his GODLINESS/HOLINESS (NOT lie, NOT sin, keep his promises).

This is who Jesus was: God-Man! He is GOD and HOLY .

God revealed through the prophets that John the Baptist would prepare the way for his coming to the earth and he will be revealed to all flesh (man) (Isaiah 40:3-5, Malachi 3:1, John 1:1, 14)
‘In the beginning was the WORD, and the Word was with God, and the WORD WAS GOD. The Word became flesh (man) and made his dwelling among us’. (John 1:1‭, ‬14)

In Old Testament prophecies the Messiah is often referred to as “the Branch” who is “Lord and Righteous”:
“ ‘In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch sprout from David’s line; he will do what is just and right in the land. In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety. This is the name by which it will be called: The Lord Our Righteous Savior.’ (Jeremiah 33:15‭-‬16)

The angel Gabriel referred to Jesus “the Holy One” (Luke 1:35)
Peter says of the HOLINESS of Jesus:
“You disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you.” (Acts 3:14)

But why did the Son become man (flesh)? “Since the children (mankind) have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil—
(Hebrews 2:14)

If you DENY that God became a man (Jesus) the spirit of ANTICHRIST dwells in you:
“This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.” (1 John 4:2‭-‬3).
